This moderately paced, flow-style class will explore yoga techniques, such as posture sequencing, breath awareness, and mindful meditation, to encourage the awakening of creative energy.

Community Yoga and T’ai Chi Instructors

Heidi Sherwin has been a student of yoga since 1994 and recently completed her 200-hour Teacher Training withe 3rd Street Yoga in Pittsburgh, PA. Heidi’s sincere enthusiasm for teaching blends numerous styles of traditional Hatha Yoga based on her explorations in Anusara, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Kundallni yoga practices. Heidi has a caring approach to teaching that emphasizes safe alignment and self-discovery. Above all, she inspires a joyful attitude to promote a rewarding yoga experience and to help cultivate a healthy, peaceful lifestyle.
